I cooked this!!!
This is a "potato noodle" from Korea.
Potato noodle is made of potato and the noodle is really soft and its color is kind of clear white. The soup is little bit hot but it's very delicious!!
It takes about 15min and it's really easy to cook.
I'm going to introduce the recipe for you;)
[Preparation]
-Potato noodle(It has powder soup)
-some slices of pork
-beansprouts
-shiitake mushroom
-green onion
-an egg
★You can put anything you like!!
Okay then, let's cook!!
1. boil water
2. put some slices of pork and shiitake mushroom into the pot and boil them
3. put potato noodle and soup into the pot and boil them for 3 minutes
4. 3 minutes later, put beansprouts and an egg into the pot and boil them for 1 minute
5. serve it in a bowl and put green onions
6. EAT♥♥♥
Oh!! You might want something to drink!!
I recomend pomegranate vinegar juice♥ It's from Korea, too.
The bottle in the middle is pomegranate vinegar.
It's said it's very good for your health especially for your beauty♥
You can mix it with the water, milk, or pop, eat with yoghurt etc.
I like drinking it with pop.
If you are interested in Korean food, you should try
"potato noodle" and "pomegranate vinegar" soon!!

wow!! you cooked this!? I was actually interested in this potato noodle when I found it at Korean store..!! It seemes like it's very easy to cook! I wanna try it!! I am just curious that it was spicy one or not because most Korean dishes are spicy, I like spicy food tho! =)

ReplyDeleteI love drinking vinegar. This year I plan on making ume-su. My aunt makes it every year and she told me how to do it. So, I'm going to try it!!
