When I watched it for the first time(5-6years ago?),
I was curious about colorful circle things like cookies.
They were macaron:)
Macaron is a confection which is like sandwich.
Colored cookies sand butter cream or jam.
Cookies are made from egg whites, icing sugar,
granulated sugar, almond powder or ground almond, and food coloring.
Macaron is tradittional food in France and it has a long history.
It said that macarons were created in Frence in 791.
However, there are a lot of opimion about its origin.
I felt the food is part of its country's history
and it has been loved so long long time.

Have you ever tried to make it? One of my friends made it, and gave to me. It was so good, and I was surprised because I though it's very difficult to make it at home.
